Pricing, in context

The basic regular-CPU table lists $4 per month for 512 MiB RAM, one vCPU and 500 GiB transfer, or $6 per month for 1 GiB RAM and 1,000 GiB transfer. These are entry-plan specifications, not tested recommendations for a player count.

The trade-off to understand

Low VM pricing excludes the time required for updates, monitoring, restarts and backups. The site's examples were tested locally, not on a purchased Droplet.

Ask before you buy

  • Does the measured process memory fit this plan?
  • Can you maintain updates and monitor failures?
  • What are transfer overages and backup costs?
  • Which region is closest to your actual players?
